Lessons, trainers and payments in one schedule.
The club opens up its courts, the school builds the timetable, the trainer has the overview of their whole week and the player books and pays online.
For tennis, padel, pickleball and squash.

From a free court to a lesson that runs
Four steps. Nobody has to call anyone to know where they stand.
The club opens up its courts
The club sets which courts are free for lessons, and at which hours. The school takes care of the rest.
The school builds the timetable
Lessons are planned, trainers assigned and courts reserved. Open spots can be booked straight away.
The player books a lesson
Pick a school or trainer, book, done. Sign-up and payment run by themselves.
Everyone sees the same schedule
Club, school, trainer and player look at the same up-to-date week.
Connected to the KNLTB
RaCourt knows whether a player is a member of the club where the lesson takes place. Nobody has to check that by hand any more.

Member or not
When someone books, RaCourt checks with the KNLTB whether the player is a member of the club.
For the club
The club knows for every player on its courts whether they are a member.
For the school
No more asking for member lists or calling around.
For the player
Players link their account to their KNLTB ID once.
Member price
Members and non-members can pay a different price. RaCourt works it out.
KNLTB is the Royal Dutch Lawn Tennis Association, the federation for tennis and padel.
Questions

What does RaCourt cost?
Nothing for your school: no subscription and no cost per lesson. The player pays a small fee of 1.5% per booking.
Which sports does it work for?
Tennis, padel, pickleball and squash.
How does the KNLTB link work?
When someone books, RaCourt checks with the KNLTB whether the player is a member of the club. Members and non-members can pay a different price, and RaCourt works that out by itself.
Can a club decide when its courts are free?
Yes. Per school the club sets which courts, on which days and at what rate. Court maintenance or a tournament? Block those hours and no lesson can be planned.
How do trainers see their lessons?
In the app, on their phone and laptop. They can also sync their lessons to their own calendar via iCalendar (Apple) or Google Calendar.

Free for your school
